2Reporting something that is wrong#

This is the most valuable message you can send, and it gets looked at first. So that it can be acted on rather than investigated from scratch, please include:

  • the page it is on — the link is enough
  • what the page says now, quoted or described
  • what it should say, and where you saw that: a notification, a Board circular, the official paper

If the correction stands, the page is changed and the change is dated. A correction is not treated as a complaint.

3Account problems#

Write from the address the account uses if you can — it makes the account identifiable without any further checking. Tell us what you did, what happened, and roughly when.

Never send your password, in an email or anywhere else. Nobody here will ask you for it, and it is stored in a form that cannot be read back even by us.

4Premium, payments and refunds#

Questions about what Premium includes, about a payment, or about a refund come to the same address. Include the payment id from your receipt, or the date and the amount, and that is enough to find it.

Never send a card number, a CVV, an OTP or a password — not here and not anywhere. Nobody here will ask you for one, and anyone who does is not us.

5Complaints#

Birbal Nag, who founded and owns EaglesDigiTech, is the grievance officer for this site and answers complaints himself, at the address above. A complaint is acknowledged within 48 hours and settled within one month. If it is still unresolved after that, the rights the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 gives you are unaffected — including the right to go to the consumer forum where you live or work.

6Where we are#

Birana TET is run by the EaglesDigiTech team, from Sainthia, West Bengal, India — PIN 731234. EaglesDigiTech is founded and owned by Birbal Nag, and builds other sites under the same banner. It is not a registered company and there is no office to visit; email is the way to reach it.
