Questions that were really set

Past papers

Questions that actually appeared in a CTET or WB TET paper. A question is listed here only when someone has checked it against the paper itself and recorded the year and question number — nothing is here on the strength of a guess.

46 complete booklets are also here to download, free and without an account. Go to the downloads.

Sit one against the clock

10 of these papers have been rebuilt as timed tests, each question at the number it carried in the real booklet. They are marked out of what they actually hold rather than padded to 150, and every paper says how many it is short and why.

Download the papers

46 booklets, 73.8 MB in all, exactly as the Boards issued them. Free to download, with no account and no sign-in — a question paper the Board published is not ours to put behind anything.

CTETCentral Board of Secondary Education38 booklets

The booklets CBSE published on ctet.nic.in, exactly as issued. Each sitting was set in several sets with the same questions in a different order, so any set is the whole paper. The Bengali supplement holds Parts IV and V — the two language sections — for candidates who took Bengali; it is read alongside the main booklet, not instead of it.

More papers are on the way

What is above is what we have been able to source so far. A paper goes up only when we hold a clean copy of the Board's own booklet, complete and unmarked, so the rest are still being looked for — each will appear here as soon as we have one.

Still being sourced

  • WB Primary TET 2022
  • WB Primary TET 2023

If you have a clean copy of one of these, or know where the Board published it, please write to us — it goes up with the rest.
