Scanned booklets. They carry no text layer, so the text cannot be selected or searched — they are photographs of the printed paper. Some are marked restored: the only copies of those years anybody had carried somebody else's mark across every page, so the mark was divided back out and the page cleaned up. On a restored copy the page edges are ours, trimmed to the printed area — every question, every option and every page inside them is the Board's, in the Board's order. Where a scan skips part of the booklet, the download says which pages it holds. A booklet marked as sat was carried into the hall by a candidate and still has their pencil ticks beside the options: those are one person's answers, right and wrong, and not the Board's key.

This paper has been rebuilt as a timed test, each question at the number it carried in the real booklet, and marked out of what it actually holds rather than padded.

The questions, explained

116 questions from this paper carry a worked explanation — not just which option is right, but why, and why the strongest wrong one is wrong. Where the Board's own key departs from standard theory, the explanation gives both.
